My group offerings create space for shared insight, gentle accountability, and collective healing. Each one is grounded in nervous system safety, consent, and the belief that healing doesn’t happen in silence and isolation.

Practical Meditation & Nervous System Reset


Come let your inner child play while learning to calm and destress your body! With over 30 years of being a meditator, I lead a 6-8 week group focused on practical meditation with nervous system regulation tools, grounding techniques, and body-based strategies for releasing stress, overwhelm, and burnout while restoring your energy. Being in a group releasing and renewing can be powerful. If you’ve ever been curious about meditation but find it intimidating, too “woo-woo”, or overwhelming for your busy mind, come join us to find out how simple, pragmatic, and rule free tools can help you manage when life is too much. This approach is playful, non-hierarchical, and neurodivergent friendly (for all my adhd friends- you don’t have to “clear” your mind into silence). Experienced meditators are also welcome! Come expand and refresh your practice by finding new tools with renewed ease and vitality in a fun yet cathartic space.


Body liberation Circle


A soft landing space for those healing from disordered eating, intrusive body shame or are just feeling the strain of living in a body that is continually pushed into the margins. As a Certified Body Trust® provider, I will hold space for us to name oppression, unpack internalized harm, reclaim body acceptance, and explore what nourishment, community, and self trust can look like on your terms. Body Liberation comes from a long lineage that is unapologetically, radically inclusive- giving you permission to take up space and live as your fullest Self. We’ll come together in accepting community so you can take a break from a world that looks at your body as a problem to solve over and over. We need spaces like this now more than ever and it’s an honor to be in community with you.
