Healing in community. Growth in connection.

There’s something powerful about being witnessed by people who get it—without explanation, without masks. Whether you’re navigating shame, anxiety, body image struggles, or simply feeling isolated, group work offers a chance to feel seen, supported, and reminded that you’re not alone in what you’re carrying.

My group offerings create space for shared insight, gentle accountability, and collective healing. Each one is grounded in nervous system safety, consent, and the belief that healing doesn’t happen in silence and isolation.

What To expect in our groups

  • Identity-affirming and inclusive

  • Trauma-aware and body-positive

  • Structured enough to feel safe—flexible enough to meet you where you are

  • Led by a somatic therapist with experience in group process

  • Never performative. Always collaborative.

You’re never required to share more than feels right. You’ll never be pressured to speak before you’re ready. We’ll find what growth feels accessible for you and gently lean into this together.
