My Mission
To offer a space where your whole self is welcomed, without judgment and without pressure to be anything other than who and where you are. At Restorative Pathways, I help people reconnect with the wisdom of their body, soften patterns of survival, and remember the truth of their wholeness. Through relational therapy or compassionate touch, I support your return to a life shaped by self-trust and empowered possibilities.
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here!
Therapist. Bodyworker. Co-navigator in your healing.
I’ve spent well over a decade in my career learning how to listen- first through my hands as a licensed massage therapist, and later through the lens of counseling. My early work showed me how much our bodies carry: tension, emotions, stress, and stuck traumatic experiences. Over time, I realized the most impactful moments weren’t just about physical relief—they came from helping people feel safe, seen, and understood.
I started Restorative Pathways to create the kind of space I wish more people had access to—one where you can show up exactly as you are, where all parts of you are welcome. I work well with people who’ve felt dismissed or unseen in traditional systems- those who might feel like they’ve tried many paths towards healing or had to leave identities or parts of themselves at the door. Compartmentalizing and masking ourselves in this way is exhausting. What if you could just have a place to be your wild, weird and wonderful self?
Often an important part of our work will be to investigate harmful systems and how they have infiltrated your sense of self, worth, and safety. I also strive to keep any inherent power imbalances between us in check by practicing humility and keeping you centered as the expert of your experience. I fiercely believe in the sacred right to self determination and I will always advocate for you to embody this in whatever way you chose. Part of the motivation for having my own practice is to provide this not only for my clients, but for myself- there is freedom in not being beholden to larger systems in power dictating what healing should look like.
As a passionate lifelong learner, I’m committed to my own growth. I believe in walking the talk in order to serve my community better and I would not ask you to go somewhere in your growth that I wouldn’t go to myself. I’ve walked my own journey towards healing, sometimes within a more traditional therapeutic model, sometimes not. But within all of those paths, I've seen the power of a compassionate, collaborative relationship between the helper and client and I consider it a deep privilege to be able to pay that wonderful care forward.
Having a therapist who shares and can understand certain identities can be an important part of our work together so it may be helpful to know that I identify as queer/genderqueer (I use she or they pronouns), am neurodivergent and dynamically disabled. Outside of being a professional helper, I enjoy copious amounts of time in Nature, where I geek out on trees and marvel at the infinite diversity and interconnectedness while calming my busy mind. I love goofing around while exploring the gorgeous Pacific Northwest with my two kids and dogs and having ridiculous, impromptu kitchen dance parties. You can also find me at home with my kitties (I’m very much an animal lover!), working on one of my multiple ongoing crafting projects or reading my way through my book hoard while enjoying lots of snacks and tea!
