Philosophy

I believe that the body, mind and spirit are connected and have influence on each part of ourselves.   Becoming and being the person you are  requires  releasing tension in the body caused by stress, life events and injuries. Massage and bodywork can accelerate your healing and release long time strongholds of the body, mind and spirit.  Restoration can bring the peace you've needed.
